Keller's Magic Emporium escape room

I have made several escape attempts, and this one was by far the most professional. The interior design, props and puzzles were well thought out and fit the theme well. _x000D_ _x000D_ We did the Magic Emporium and I had a great time! Some of the people I was with thought it was a bit "too easy", but I just thought we solved the puzzles amazingly well! We had 20 minutes left, and the comment was that you feel like you'll get your money if you get out at the last second or not at all._x000D_ _x000D_ We had a team of 6 people working together, and over time the room became a little smaller. It was nice in the beginning because you could work on many challenges at the same time, but towards the end you kind of stumbled on each other._x000D_ _x000D_ I'd like to go back and try some of the other rooms. At $25 a piece, it's not something we do every weekend, but it's a fun, unique way to spend a Friday night. While we were there, they also informed us about new larger rooms that they are working on and that can accommodate groups of up to 12 people. Sounds like a party!

Playing an escape game for the first time and it was so much fun! We played Keller's Magic Emporium and were two puzzles away from completion. Without giving anything away, I would like to say that there were many very clever and well-designed surprises in the room, and that the puzzles were also unique, varied and entertaining to solve. They clearly put a lot of work into the functionality and decoration of the room, so it was a very immersive experience. There were only two of us, so we teamed up with two strangers, but we all worked really well together, and it was a great experience. _x000D_ I would not recommend it for children, as this room had a more mature content (nothing crazy, but I would have been horrified until about 12 years of age) and the puzzles were quite difficult.

This place is amazing. The staff was really nice too! The rooms are very well equipped. We did Keller's Magic Emporium, the last room was a shocker!_x000D_ _x000D_ The concept is great, I'm glad Edmonton has more of these places!
