Saloon escape room

You are in the Wild West in a neighbouring town. It is owned by the sheriff, the bartender and the madam who stole the reserves from your town's bank. You and your party have discovered that it's hidden somewhere in this saloon. You must organize your group to get it back, because the leaders of your group have called the bandits to a high-profile afternoon war to distract your group from the search for the reserves. It's now 11:00 a.m.: you have one hour to find the reserves and escape through the back exit and bypass the stalemate.
