Escape room(s) by A/Maze

One Friday evening we went there with another couple and had a lot of fun. We did "The Robbery". We didn't make it, but we enjoyed trying. If you're looking for something fun and different, you should try "The Locked Room". The staff were all great and gave tips on request. We will come back soon and try it in another room.

My family and I did the robbery room for my birthday activity and it was a great experience! We arrived a little late, but the staff were very friendly and understanding, and we were still able to spend our full time in the room (not that I would recommend being late - come 15 minutes earlier if you can!) As for the room itself, it was well decorated and haunting, and the puzzles were just the right amount of challenge.

I have never played in an escape room that pays so much attention to detail. Every piece of furniture and artwork was well thought out and clearly bought in antique shops. The puzzles were well connected. I could easily relate the story of Cabaret Voltaire, which they knew perfectly well how to connect to the puzzles._x000D_ _x000D_ Above all I would like to emphasize the passion of the owner. He clearly liked what he was doing. He told us the story and the rules in a very artistic way and after the game he told us some plans for the future rooms, which already inspired me to try them out. I can hardly wait to go back!

The technical and artistic know-how and passion that have obviously flowed into Cabaret Voltaire really make it an experience that goes beyond what you get in other escape spaces. None of this is "logged in". The puzzles fit the theme perfectly and use tons of authentic props that never interrupt the immersion in the setting. The puzzles are really clever in concept and execution without ever being frustrating. And the truly unique clues system helps you when you can't get anywhere without ever breaking through the fourth wall._x000D_ _x000D_ We can't wait until the next room opens.

I loved the room and I did it in a few seconds! The challenge is really well received and you feel a sense of accomplishment as you move forward. I love the character that this room had, and the room it's in is just incredible. As soon as I can try the other rooms, I'll be back!

The two Amaze rooms (Tesla and Cabaret Voltaire) were a great experience. The veterans of the escape rooms will appreciate the challenges. The integrated technology in the rooms is great, and it really works! I am very impressed with the rooms and can't wait for the new one in the summer.

So you think you're smart, do you? 4 friends and I got involved in Tesla's scenario challenge on the eve of Thanksgiving. This is a real test of teamwork, unless you are a professional, because this challenge is done with at least 4 people. The rooms are complex, well thought out, very interactive, with different types of electronics integrated into the game. No power was required at all, only our brains. In the end, however, we did not succeed in recognizing the dynamics of everyone in the team. Remember not to be stubborn and ask for hints!

Mu husband and I have done many escape games all over Europe and a few in North America. This is characterized by its uniqueness! I would highly recommend it. We finished the Tesla theme room with just the two of us and are eagerly waiting for the time when we can finish the other rooms.
