Three of us went to the Alcatraz escape rooms today to try to solve the casino problem (we couldn't!)._x000D_ _x000D_ The owners were fantastic, so enthusiastic and helpful and showed us the room and explained how it works. They gave us a few tips and hints before we started and told us that we would be in front of the camera the whole time so they could see what we were doing and that we could be reached by two-way radio so that we could ask for help if needed, and we definitely took advantage of that. The puzzle was extremely difficult, but with the clues from Ben we were able to solve about 2/3 of the puzzle in the 50 minutes. I think with more people, we might have been able to solve the whole thing._x000D_ _x000D_ We will definitely try the room "Escape from Alcatraz" next.

Visited today for my daughter's 15th birthday. She and five friends tried the Casino Heist Room. They loved it and want to go there again tomorrow :) The customer service here is excellent. The owners/employees are friendly and relaxed. We will definitely come back soon and try the Alcatraz Room again!

I was there with another couple to spend a date night and celebrate a birthday. This was our very first escape dream experience and will definitely not be our last. We did the robbery at the casino. The staff is great at explaining the game and 5 0 minutes will certainly pass quickly. We almost made it. From what we've heard, this is one of the most elusive rooms in the area. The props and hints were great, and we would highly recommend this place.
