I'm starting to think I might be an escape-unit junkie. I just can't get enough. Especially when they're so good! _x000D_ We did the "Anna" room at Breakout Edmonton East. I was in the original Breakout and I wasn't impressed with their rooms, but this one definitely impressed me. The theme was kind of dark, and for the first time I was actually a little scared in an escape room. (disclaimer: I'm a pretty big chicken)._x000D_ _x000D_ As you work your way through the puzzles, the story begins to unravel, and everything fits into the plot pretty seamlessly. The room has many unique puzzles for different thinking styles - not just locks and keys. Hats off to the creativity and immersion in the story! We escaped just in time (3 minutes too early), which was a very satisfying experience._x000D_ _x000D_ I am looking forward to trying The Ark - the other room in this place. Just one note: The waiting area is small and incredibly quiet, so don't come too early.

More like a horror room with funny, spooky pop-ups while solving. Pretty funny if you like horror. If you take a friend with you, even better. This one you have to solve who killed who & then leave the room. Good for a Halloween event!
