Today my group and I made an attempt in the mausoleum of Terra Cotta, but unfortunately we could not finish the room due to a broken puzzle. The staff came in and tried the puzzle we were having problems with and confirmed that it actually didn't work. We were not able to finish the room, and since we only had about 15 minutes left on our timer, the staff offered us to do another room from the beginning with a full 45-minute timer! For a place that has only been open for a few weeks, we fully understood that there were still some bugs to fix, and gratefully accepted their offer! To our surprise, another piece of the puzzle didn't work properly for us, and the staff confirmed again that it was malfunctioning! Instead, the staff read us the puzzle of the faulty piece and we went on! always a pleasant experience during the E-Exit, and we can't wait to try another room at the Beckwith site.

I bought tickets at Costco. Nobody told me that you have to keep the part that says: from: this is tearing off (one actually fell off at my house without my effort), we went to the Kelowna exit, and the manager told me that we can't cash them in without that part. There was nothing she could do for me. Even when we had the gift certificate part, there was nothing she could do for me. She said they were from Division. They're badly made. Very upset about our recent visit.
