Would never go back. The props/rooms were very poorly built. The clues were not fluid. I could not understand the staff.

Very good service. I loved him. I was there with six of my friends, and they all enjoyed it very much. Next week I visited Wana too. The workers are very nice and friendly. They even gave us so much time! Thank you very much!

I can't really recommend this place. _x000D_ _x000D_ Customer service was poor... kind of ruined the mood to play. He asked for pointers and didn't get any real help. They just said that we were on the right track, or that we were already on it... ...and they just left. That wasn't helpful at all. They're not very friendly. Probably because the workers wanted to go home, but my group waited until the last hour (the only available space) to actually play in a certain room. After we called and booked, we were told that we would only get 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. Their closing time is either not right on their website or on Facebook... Or the workers just wanted us out. Luckily, after some discussions with them, we took the room we had booked and got 45 minutes... But again... Somehow it ruined everyone's mood. _x000D_ Anyway... I can't really recommend this place. There's better places out there.

Nice game, great puzzles and teamwork

Challenging, but with lots of fun! Great variety and very friendly staff.

We had fun, but didn't want to go back. The representative who was there was very difficult to understand and not very nice when she found out that we don't pay the tax. She slammed the doors. Everything in the room was broken, so don't touch anything. I thought it was kind of dirty, you have to change the laminate on the cards once in a while. After it ended, the salesman became very attentive! but we still failed. I can't wait to try again at another place.

Challenging and entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone. Ready to take it to the next level.

There were not enough UV lamps to allow all members of our team to contribute. The employees were indifferent and seemingly uninterested. The room was cheaply built compared to my other experiences.

A great family night at the iEscaped!!! So close to disarming the bomb. We'll be back!!
