The Mystic's Parlour
London
Hero mode is the only way we can go! Had a blast! Challenging, frustrating and fun, and we're definitely going back!

The Mystic's Parlour
London
We had a group of 14 people and made the haunted house. We had such a great time. The people who worked there were fantastic. And the room was super hard. I can't wait to go back and try again.

The Mystic's Parlour
London
The woman who helped us was a little aggressive. We paid $250 for our group to try the hardest room here, and for that kind of money I would have liked to see a better production value. Other rooms we did in London and Toronto were more impressive, and unlike these other rooms, this place won't give you the solution to the "Haunted Mansion" even after a failure.

The Professor's Office
London
It was a very good experience for my family and me. We all had a lot of fun. Got the office of the professors and just managed to finish (they gave us 5 minutes extra because we were really close), the only reason why I give 4 instead of 5 was the introduction part a bit too much. The girl who gave the safety and rules talk said "of course" at the end of each sentence, except for the ones she started like this. The kids freaked out a little bit, but they shook it up fast. I look forward to going back another time.

The Professor's Office
London
I've done every room here and now. If we're honest, I only made them all because I wanted to make every escape room in London. Were they great? Not really. The best room was a professor's office, but even that was only if you compare it to other firms in the city. _x000D_ This company uses many directional locks that are flawed and, frankly, extremely frustrating._x000D_ _x000D_ My most recent experience here was the haunted house. $28 per person for one hour in a room that's clearly designed to take two hours. They intentionally leave an hour between bookings to sell the extra hour. If you don't take it, forget about the walk through the villa. Don't get me wrong, the room is good in theory. The walkie-talkies are faulty, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I just wish they'd book longer. Seriously... $35 per person for 1.5 hours wouldn't be unreasonable, and it makes finishing the room seem at least somewhat possible.

The Red Room
London
We had a great time! 6 loud, crazy girls set the record for the red room, were just a hint away from escaping the museum and managed to escape from the office! It was so much fun and I would love to do it again!

The Red Room
London
We had a lot of fun with our first escape room in the red room. But the locks did not work well, even though the staff helped us with the codes. The second time we asked for a clue, nobody came after we knocked twice. But we figured it out for ourselves and got out. From what we've heard, we're not sure this place is the same quality as other escape rooms.

The Faery's Hemlock
London
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. I liked the use of space and the atmosphere in this room. It was perhaps a little high on the abstraction scale, the puzzles could be a little more intuitive. I also think the clues system could be improved a little bit, because it's a little strange when a staff member sprints up the stairs and into the room. The clues could also be a bit more sophisticated. $28 is on the high side, I didn't get a discount for checking in on Facebook.

Save Santa
London
Tons of fun. The more people, the better, it's a challenge. I wish it was cheaper and you had a little more time. I'll go back to finish and add to other rooms.
